Sean has been working for the family business since he was 14. He purchased the shop from his father in 2004 and has been running it ever since. His specialty is diagnosis and problem solving.

Matt is the shop manager. He has been with Frank's Auto for 11 years and helps Sean keep the cars moving. While he is trained with all makes and models his specialty is foreign cars!

Charlie is a Mechanic at Frank's Auto and has been with the shop for almost 10 years. He is currently studying at University of Utah . His specialty is electrical troubleshooting and repairs.

Heber is pretty new to the shop having been here for a year. He is the shop assistant and helps with cleanup and needed tasks. He is starting at the bottom to work his way up and is learning very fast.

Shaylie is Sean's oldest daughter and has been working in the shop most of her life. She joined the team full-time 3 years ago and is the Office Manager. She is responsible for the schedule and explaining what the vehicle needs to the car owner. Her specialty is customer service.
